A veteran in the construction field and registered professional engineer, principal, founder and owner, Timothy Kallmer, has fourteen years of construction consulting and design experience as a mechanical engineer.

I specialize in residential real estate inspections, specifically of single- and multi-family dwellings. I strive to communicate clearly and concisely with reports that are informative and easy to understand.
